We currently ship within the United States only.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods, but we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

All Sales Are Final.
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any purchases.

Exceptions:
The only exception to this policy is if an item is received damaged.

• To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Photographic proof of the damage is required.
• Email us at magnificentcreations10@gmail.com with your order number, a clear photo of the damaged item, and a brief description.
